Shipping

We ship within the US, Canada, and some other countries.  You can see which countries we currently ship to when you place an item in your shopping cart and attempt to estimate your shipping charges. Customers are responsible for determining all customs rules and regulations in their country before ordering with us. Customers are also responsible for paying any customs fees and tariffs for items that they import. We will usually dispatch your order in 1-2 business days, God willing. That means that orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped by Tuesday at the latest. However, as our goal is to ship orders as soon as possible, most orders will be shipped within 24 hours. Please allow for a reasonable amount of time to pass before contacting us about the shipment of an order. Email is the quickest method you can use to contact us.

Shipping Rates and Carriers

To get an estimate for shipping just place an item in your shopping cart and use the Estimated Shipping Costs box with your zip code. You will be shown an estimate for your order total. Once you provide us an address for shipping during checkout you will be given various options for shipping. The rates are received directly from Fedex and USPS rate tables. Items are shipped via Federal Express (FedEx) or the United States Postal Service (USPS) and are traceable with tracking numbers (Some international orders may not have this option). Shipping rates are generally based on the weight of the items being shipped and the shipping option selected. We are not responsible for packages lost by the shipping carrier unless you specifically request insurance for the package. Please contact Fedex or USPS about any lost packages. Free shipping is given for US orders that are over $100 and weigh less than 15 pounds only. Weights are given for items in your shopping cart. We cannot guarantee delivery times since all of our packages are shipped by major transportation carriers. The quoted estimates for shipping times are provided by the shipping carriers and are shown during the checkout process.

Checking Order Status

You will receive an email when your order has been shipped containing a tracking number which you can use on the shipping carrier website to track your items while they are in transit. In the case of the US Postal Service, we use a delivery confirmation number which may not show updates until the package is delivered. The status of your order can be checked online by logging in and viewing your order tracking page.   Please note that if you have made a purchase without creating an account, this feature will not be available to you. You can still track your order if you know the tracking number using Fedex and USPS tracking pages. If you are not getting our shipping confirmation email it may be because of server or email filter settings. Please check that your settings do not prevent receipt of our emails. Also, check that your login email address is correct.

Return Policy

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt so that if there is a problem, we can resolve it as quickly as possible. If you would like to return any item, please contact us immediately via phone or email through the contact us page and we will give you further instruction. Using the contact us page is the quickest way to reach us.

You can return most items within 30 days from the receipt of the item and will receive a refund for the price of the item plus sales tax (if applicable). Shipping costs will only be reimbursed in the case of damaged or incorrect shipments that are a result of our error. As an example, if a correctional facility/prison denies and returns your order, we are not responsible for refunding your shipping costs.

The date of receipt is understood to be the delivery date indicated in the order's shipping tracking information.

The item must be in its original packaging and there must be no visible or noticeable defects in the product.

We are unable to process the following returns

Any CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, or cassette tape that has been opened.
Any item that is not in its original condition, i.e. damaged or missing parts.
Any item returned after the 30 day period after the customer receives it.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

In case you receive damaged or incorrect items, please contact us within 3 business days of receipt of the item to be eligible for a complete refund, including shipping and handling costs.

How to Return Items to us

Please include a copy of your packing slip and reason for return. Please ship the item with packaging material that will help avoid any damage to it. We recommend that your return be shipped via a traceable shipping method. If you dont have a packing slip, write the order number down on a piece of paper to be included with the return shipment.

Muslim Bookmark is not responsible for items damaged while being returned to us. In such a situation, it is the customers responsibility to file a claim with the shipper.

Refunds

If your return is approved, you will receive your refund within four weeks of shipping the return to us.  This includes the time it takes for us to receive the returned items, process the return, and the time it takes for the bank to issue the refund. You will receive an email notification when your refund has been processed. The amount of the refund will be the invoice amount minus any shipping and handling charges, unless there was an error made on our part in sending you damaged or incorrect items.  We also provide store credit that can be used at a later date
