The author, who writes under the pen-name of Harun Yahya, was born in Ankara in 1956. He studied arts at Istanbul’s Mimar Sinan University and philosophy at Istanbul University. Since 1980s, the author has published many books on political, faith-related and scientific issues. Greatly appreciated all around the world, these works have been instrumental in many people recovering their faith in God and in many others gaining a deeper insight into their faith. Harun Yahya’s works appeal to all people, Muslims and non-Muslims alike, regardless of their age, race, and nationality, as they center around one goal: to open the readers’ mind by encouraging them to think about some critical issues such as the existence of God and wonders of His creation and to display the decrepit foundations and perverted works of godless systems. The works of Harun Yahya are also produced in the form of documentary films and audio cassettes. In addition to English some of those products are also available in Arabic, German, French, Russian, Bosnian, Indonesian, Uighur, Albanian, Italian and Serbian. |
